1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MapGO services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services:

In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, its employees, or other users
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the services

3. API Usage and Limits

Your use of the MapGO API is subject to the following conditions:

You must not exceed the API call limits of your chosen plan
You must not attempt to circumvent rate limiting or usage restrictions
You must not use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
You must not resell API access without written permission

4. Account Types and Subscription

MapGO offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Free Account: You can create a free account and use MapGO services with limited features and usage limits. No credit card is required for free accounts.
Paid Subscription Trial: When you subscribe to a paid plan, you receive a 3-day free trial period to evaluate premium features. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Trial to Paid Conversion: After the 3-day trial period ends, your paid subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the amount corresponding to your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your chosen plan. All billing is managed through Stripe.
Auto-Renewal: Your paid subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider.
Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial period ends. For active subscriptions, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your account will revert to the free plan.
Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be prorated and reflected in your next billing cycle.

5. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

MapGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
